So I was at the library the other day and noticed a posting that the government could see what books you checked out. Then at the bank they said they keep records of all those who withdraw over $100/day. There are security cameras all over the cities. I understand that this is meant to protect us, but isn't it a little much?

What happened to Americans how they allow Bush Administration to torture people? What is going on have we lost our morals? They even talk on the news about torturing kids to get information.
And we all act like it is ok,whatever the government says is ok.You know they used to torture people in Soviet Union during WW2 times,they tortured innocent people till they couldn't take it anymore and they had to say they were the enemies of the people and after that they were killed,millions of them.You know when person is getting tortured he'll just saying about anything for the torture to be stopped.Is America following the footsteps of Stalin?

I ask many questions intended to gauge peoples feeling on a particular subject. Occasionally I will include inflamatory phrases and in those cases I expect to be attacked but when I ask a poilite question, even if the question is not pc, why not just answer it without the attacks?

Dropping Knowledge claims to be "a non-profit initiative that encourages open dialogue", yet many of their questions have a strong liberal slant. How is that open dialogue?

Example: Why is it socially acceptable to hoard wealth while so many go without basic needs?

So people don't work hard and earn money, they "hoard wealth."
