The ONLY evidence i've found available clearly indicates civilian courts are indeed deceitfully conducted under military/martial law.

Does any evidence exist to the contrary?

Please refrain from any and all opinions.

I In my previous question I wrote that we neede these parks fr family outing because private ones were to expensive for some families on a budget. I read the article on The Laredo Morning times which is my hometown newspaper and on the Mexican Newspaper El Manana in spanish. I am not aware if the lottery money finances these parks, since I am not a lottery player.

Her website is set up so she can't get emails, has no place for people to write to her, and a list of only FOUR reporters who are ever allowed to interview her again. Is she afraid of healthy debate? Or is she simply scared that if she actually has to intelligently defend her radical rants, it will be shown that this woman has no real life education or foundation to back her blather up? Ann Coulter can't get beyond a fawning book or a tiny sound bite, much less an intelligent discourse, without name calling and childish petulance. Why are people buying this ninny's books?

Ann Coulter is a sham. A fake. A fraud. Why can't people see it?

I hear so many people saying they support his movement because he's thumbing his nose at Bush. Well just because he's anti-Bush Americans shouldn't just blindly praise everything he says or does. Chavez is in the middle of a power grab down in Venezuela and some of his actions are appalling, such as:
- attempting to rewrite the constitution so that he can stay in office for life.
- squashing free speech and freedom of the press
- Creating a civilian defense force to "combat American aggression" which we all know is a way to keep himself in office.
- Opening a Kalashnikov factory that will produce 1 million rifles a year and will only help to destabilize nbeighboring Colombia.
- Allowing safe haven for FARC and other narco-terrorists.
- Seizing private land and giving it to poor farmers as a way to buy their loyalty.

..... it's funny how any Venezuelan you talk to has only harsh words for Senor Chavez. Americans need to put their politics aside and denounce this dictator.

Read his web site- The Nader Page. The man is one of the only folks out there making sense on a number of issues. The only man sticking up for the lower and middle classes. His action in the past has done much for consumers. His message was extremely powerful in his past campaigns. Yet liberals voted for men that had a weak message or no message at all. The word I am looking for here is courage. Have the courage to vote for the man that actually looks out for your interests. Not a corporate drone. This is why conservatives mock liberals. Because they don't have the intestinal fortitude to stand up and fight. I can't stand to see these weak weak men and women look so weak in Congress. Pelosi, H. Clinton, Lieberman, are a joke. They have been bought and sold. Kennedy, Feingold, and Kucinich are really the only ones I respect for flexing some muscle.

Think of this, the woman covered with dust could be your mother; the wounded and dead children might be your kids. They did nothing to deserve what happened to them. These innocents are NOT terrorists, certainly NOT the kids.

Victims like these are dying and being wounded by hundreds.

Just wanna hear about your impressions

You're walking down a deserted street with your wife and two small children. Suddenly, an Islamic Terrorist with a huge knife comes around the corner, locks eyes with you, screams obscenities, praises Allah, raises the knife, and charges at you. You are carrying a Glock 40, and you are an expert shot. You have mere seconds before he reaches you and your family. What do you do?

Democrat's Answer:

Well, that's not enough information to answer the question! Does the man look poor or oppressed?

Have I ever done anything to him that would inspire him to attack?

Could we run away?

What does my wife think?

What about the kids?

Could I possibly swing the gun like a club and knock the knife out of his hand?

What does the law say about this situation?

Does the Glock have appropriate safety built into it?

Why am I carrying a loaded gun anyway, and what kind of message does this send to society and to my children?

Is it possible he'd be happy with just killing me?

Does he definitely want to kill me, or would he be content just to wound me?

If I were to grab his knees and hold on, could my family get away while he was stabbing me?
Should I call 9-1-1?

Why is this street so deserted?

We need to raise taxes, have paint and weed day and make this happier, healthier street that would discourage such behavior.

This is all so confusing! I need to debate this with some friends for few days and try to come to a consensus.

Republican's Answer:

BANG!

I read in the Newspapers that Gov. Perry is going to close some of the Sate Parks for lack of funds, and some of them concern us the citizens that go every summer to those Parks with our kids. For example one of them is Lake Corpus Chrisit which is located in Mathis, TX. That lake is a very big lake and is a gorgeous place to camp and go boating. It is a big shame that this Gov. from Texas should even consider doing it. He should find ways of funding this beautiful places which are the State Parks, that are frequented by Families, that cannot afford going to other places that cost a lot more.

He's championed a lot of notable liberal causes, so let's assume he has a liberal Democratic platform a la Howard Dean. He has never held public office, but he's pretty smart and let's assume he'd win the debates with reasonably good answers and his superstar charisma.
