Then he goes after another family three towns over because he thinks there might be a connection, seeing as how they also look the same and he's been angry at them for years. Only this time he pays the kids that mow his lawn to do it for him, giving them subpar equipment to do it with. And then he stiffs the ones that make it back.
Then he calls his friends in another town and gives them guns because the same type of people are in their neighborhood, and they've been having problems too.
And the sad part is, this is exactly what the first terrorist wanted, because now he died a hero, according to his neighbors anyway.
