The ONLY evidence i've found available clearly indicates civilian courts are indeed deceitfully conducted under military/martial law.

Does any evidence exist to the contrary?

Please refrain from any and all opinions.

If you want to review this evidence email me direct. DO NOT use Answers messaging except to provide link to your email address(content will not fit in messaging).

Civilian law is not based on military law, and the military is not in control of civilian courts. Take the time to read the UCMJ ( Uniform Code Of Military Justice). You will find it's powers and punishments are vastly different than civilian courts, although they are both based on the same principles overall. Civilian Law in the United States is based on the Constitution which in turn is based on the Magna Carta.

Warning to my fellow Yahoo Answers comrades: If you let this guy send you an email it is probably going to come with an attachment. I would scan it throughly, because this looks like the perfect way to try and pass a virus to me. However, I think most of you are intelligent enough to give him the bum's rush he so well deserves.

Funny I didn't even realize there was a competition. I thought we just all agreed you were an idiot.

Obviously you don't really grasp the definition of the word "civilian".

Military courts, tribunals and other forms of jurisprudence are one thing, but our own system of state and federal courts are - from beginning to end - established and operated under the terms of our constitution...not the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which is where the military's court system derives its own mandate from.

Your "evidence", whatever it may be, should be carefully re-reviewed, as you seem to have inferred a heck of a lot that really cannot be supported.

protection stress... once you communicate approximately which you kill yet somebody else in elementary, throughout the time of elementary coaching, on a protection stress base. you won't manage to be tried in the two a protection stress courtroom and a civilian courtroom for an identical crime, yet civilian courts have civil suits and in case you're discovered accountable (or maybe no longer accountable) by using protection stress tribunal you ought to circulate to a civilian courtroom for a civil regulation experience. yet there are only specific crimes that protection stress courts will pay attention - they contain violation of protection stress regulations. homicide is one. yet, say you get a DUI or right into a combat at a bar, you wont circulate to a protection stress courtroom for that - you ought to get disciplined at artwork, yet you wont circulate to mil courtroom.
