I've come to the conclusion that with the millions of dollars the the US pumps into poor countries we need to start using some of that money to provide them with birth control. It would atleast help the problem. Seriously, they know they don't have enough food for everyone, but they continue to have more and more babies. They know they have AIDS but they continue to have babies and pass it on to them. Am I being hateful? Or do you think this is a good idea?

Right now there has been many issues with religion in government. A few minutes ago I was reading a question about what would be first a African American, Homosexual, Asian, Woman, or an Atheist President, and I was surprised many people though atheist was one of the least likely. Shouldn't your religion be your personal belief and not affect how the government precedes or you candidacy for public office? Why does it matter if I believe in God, or I don't? If I'm Hindu, Muslim or Jewish? Why do politicians want the 10 commandments in Congress? I personally Believe that Religion is a personal belief you may or may not have and you have your privacy with that, but it should not affect our government.

If God was not real in some aspect why would The Goverment allow the use of In God We Trust it on money ? back in the 60's It was every where particuarly in schools and in the courts. if you swore on the Bible and the Ten Commandments was posted in the hallways! what happened? The hymns we used to sing in Schools on Monday at Assemblies are now forbidden but what is really going on?

this has always bothered me and relatively recent episode of comedy central's the colbert report has prompted me to ask this question. why is it that right wingers constantly cry about government control. i could never understand this as it those very same people that support such liberty constraining issues as an anti-gay marraige amendment and the FCC's crusade against "indecency", NSA wire tapping. things like these are what flexes the muscles of big government by way of denying our basic freedoms and choices. i guess their idea of freedom is being able to have as many guns possible (not that i have anything against guns) and pointing them in the direction of all who disagree. alright, before you conservatives submit your angry answers for the cheap shot, know that all i really want to know is your reasoning. i am open to both left and right interpretation on this matter

p.s.: apparently i love parentheticals. just wanted to say that. i know i'm lame.

What would make out politicians honest in thier work? i think that if senators and congressmen had a spending limit, and a bank-cap (bank account maximum funds limit) it'd deture bribing.. also, why not tap and record thier every communication and movement? does anybody agree that if we took money out of politics it would help make politics more honest? and how could we do this?

I have nothing to support my argument whatsoever BUT I just feel it in my gut. I don't trust this as far as I can throw it.

Anyone else feeling like that? I mean when the 2nd wealthiest man IN THE WORLD leaves (what is the exact percent) 60%? of his wealth to the NUMBER 1 RICHEST man in the world, I'm like OMG THE DEVIL IS HERE!!!!

Yeah yeah I know it is going to the foundation but come on give me a break... Everybody knows that for every foundation something like only 5 cents to each dollar ends up going towards the 'cause'.

I just watched their Charlie Rose interview on PBS and man I just feel like this is evil in the works.

Anybody else feeling suspicious about this crap?

Why do people doom themselves to repeat historical mistakes? Some of them so bad I would have never thought it could have been repeated, but it seems to have been.

It can't just be racism against hispanics in general, since Cubans have been welcomed for decades, and have added so much culture and diversity to South Florida.

So why all the fuss towards Mexican people?

Liberals think for some reason because they can sing or act, all of a sudden they received a dose of brains.

Don't they remember in high school and college they were the same dumb *ss people who could not pass advanced math and science, or any other course which was taught and graded with objective reasoning?
