I am somewhat familiar with Newton, and I think he would agree that there is clearly a force (the bottom of the tower) acting upon the falling body (the top of the tower) which should slow the fall of the building.

"It sounds just like the things I've heard about the JFK assassination" (you believe lee harvey oswald acted alone?)... "and bunches of other conspiracy crap." Newton: Objects at rest stay at rest unless acted upon by another object.--they dont disperse in all directions before the force acts upon them. You go on to talk about how "All modern structures are built around this concept," followed by talk of how they involve a "delicate system." I am no engineer, but nothing about those buildings seem delicate to me. And if it is so delicate why don't more building fall? Why not just blow out one floor of a big building and watch it fall? I hope your analysis is incorrect. Otherwise they are all just houses of cards.

One more thing Panacea, if all that were try why would controlled demolition be considered such a difficult undertaking. If what you say were true it all seem very easy to me.

In a cascading gravity-driven collapse (the "pancake theory"), each floor of the building should have offered at least a modicum of resistance before giving way, with the inertia of the increasing debris forcing itself through less and less resistance as the towers fell.

The WTC buildings falling at free-fall speed can only be explained by a lack of resistance in any intervening floors all the way to the foundation, meaning complete simultaneous (or rapidly sequential) instant failure of most support and core columns. Before and after 9/11, this has only been achieved in a controlled demolition environment.

Testing of metal samples of the core columns with supporting evidence of molten metal found at the site 3 weeks AFTER 9/11 have shown large quantities of thermate by-products, an acid-like cutting agent where a very small amount can be used to cut cleanly through metal. This analysis has been conducted using WTC steel samples provided for WTC memorials at 3 separate universities and is quite conclusive, moreso than DNA evidence.

With the scientific evidence clearly stacked on the side of "controlled demolition", the greatest obstacle to any 9/11 Truth movement is the psychological factor. Most people just don't understand science and are quite afraid of it, easily able to dismiss it when any fast-talking pundit counters with a senseless 15-second sound bite. Most Americans have been thoroughly conditioned to this "hard science is just another opinion" mentality that is making us a joke in the rest of the world, and thoroughly helping our business competitors in the world to import our jobs.

You don't understand Newton as well as you think. The structure is essentially hollow. As it collapses, the force acting upward against gravity is suddenly removed. Or rather, it is dispersed in all directions as opposed to working in one direction. That's how an arch works. All modern structures are built around this concept. When perfectly aligned tremendous potential energy is focussed into a single point to counteract the incredible forces involved. But, it's a delicate thing. Move these structure out of alignment and the counteracting force is dispersed.

The towers didn't fall because they were shattered. They fell because the delicate system of balance necessary to hold them up was disrupted. Since every part of the system relies on every other part of the system, the whole system collapsed at once.

This is an advanced structural phenomenon that the average person, quite frankly, is not capable of understanding. That's why it takes a team of engineers to design a building, not a bunch of yahoos off the street.

Here is an analogy to help you understand. When you build a house of cards, the structure is relatively stable. But, what happens if you smack it? Does a small part of it fall over while the rest is intact? Does it slowly fall down in stages? No. The whole thing collapses at once in a blink of an eye. Same thing with the towers.

Please try and calm your mind and lets take a deep breath and exhale , that's nice, now lets just review the reality of newtons law regarding gravity and how it relates to any object placed into the motion. It's no big deal, it is very simple to understand, if you concentrate and imagine an object falling . Let's say a potato falling from say a 100 story building. Here's basicly what newton claimed and what has been proven to be absolutily true , 100% of the time, no matter what, It is a given that; Any object that is moving because of gravity is said to be free falling. This objects acceleration during it's fall is constant and equal to g which is 9.8 meters per second. Using this constant anyone could calculate the exact speed of a free falling object and easily determine how long it would take that object to hit the ground. This is the honest to god truth and science has proved it time and time again. OK , stay with me now for just another minute here Neocons. A free falling object must not contain any factors which might hinder it's free fall, and if there were such factors like solid concrete, or fire resistant solid steel beams or just tons of matter in between the object and the ground, well then, they would slow that sucker down, In the case of the speed at which or the amount of time it took for the WTC Twin Towers and building 7 WTC to hit the ground defunks Newtons law , which is impossible because there was so much mass and solid matter within the 3 falling buildings, that the speed and time they reached to hit the groundcould never , in a billion years could they get close to the speed of free fall! BUT THEY DID!!! They were very huge, thus very heavy. And momentum is a power full thing. I've seen the video you're probably bugging out over. The twin towers were unique, thus acted uniquely to the planes crashing in to them. The evidence in that video is complete garbage.
