He is an Adult and he is aware of actions and consequences -
What I want to know is why was he out of the Country with Viagra
Was he raising the Intelligence of future Third World Citizens

No, he was rail roaded, but not framed. He had a legitimate substance abuse problem he got while taking prescription pain medication. Same thing Brett Favre got hooked on. The prosecutor in the case violated his rights and the media went bananas with their vilification, but it wasn't a frame job. He got help and got better.

Well, lets face all the facts..
He "was" addicted to pain killers....
(and its a good thing they got him, so he could get into treatment to avoid punishment for doctor shopping).
Yes, they were on a "whitch hunt" and seized his records, which is illegal as all get out, and they knew it when they did it...
But, they got a sympathetic court to dismiss that charge, against thier illegal manuever...
So, it all worked out for the best, he is off the pills and the law is off him.
Now, if he doesnt antagonize who ever he made "mad" anymore, then they will probably leave the "heat off" :)

No, he admitted his addiction, and all his doctors agreed that he was doctor shopping for pain pills. But because he has more money than you, he can buy his way to a tolerable sentence and come out looking squeaky clean.

No he fessed up to it.. You don't understand if you have never had a good pain pill..... They are friggin great. I stay away from them now adays when i can. But if you get a tooth pulled and it didn't go so well they numb you up real good. And they are addicting.
