i heard that the U.S. is trying to take over the middle east to establish a base there, and then from there they end up on China's doorstep, and from there they will invade china and start world war 3. if that's true, then the terrorists are the good guys. they are the only people standing between the U.S. and China

I was just watching CNN news and it showed an insurgent running into the street with his face covered and the USA Marines Yelled "Run!! My Gawd! Run!! It's the big bad insurgents! Run!! Then CNN showed the Marines running and beegging for mercy. How can this be?

How is army life on a base? For a family? My husband is thinking about joining and we have a 9 month old little boy. I am wondering what life is like on a base. How are the people, what activities are there, the housing, the stores? Anyone with details or pics(if allowed) please answer. Thanks.

Just found out that while women are not allowed to hold combat MOS (jobs) they are put into combat zones. So they can be shot at and blown up but they are not allowed to have jobs that make them more combat ready than the normal basic training. ????

Why do people get all gung ho about the the Corp. and they being the first ones to go in to battle. The Army's elite are always there but secretley. It makes me frustrated when people say the marine corp is better when they are just a bunch of grunts.

Would it be wrong to say this would be another alternative for getting out of Iraq. We are there fighting terrorist right? No, all we are fighting there are a bunch of "freedom fighters" who are protecting their land from the the big bully who invaded for no reason. So, we get out, were not putting our selves at risks, their not going to bring it to our home any more than what their tring already. So we give the country back to the people, let them figure out a way to live peacefully, and warn them, if you F**K up and mess with us, we are going to come back and were not going to be as nice. Leave a bunch of troops in Kuwaite as a Quick Reaction Force to Iraq and say Peace. Whats more important, our image to a bunch of towel heads or our brothers who are getting killed daily? If we keep going at the pace were going now, were going to lose a whole lot more people and the Iraqis are going to grow acustom to use taking care of their land. They already have. They look at it as a joke.

I will be shipping out to the Navy this year. Should I start taking online courses? Or should I wait for after boot camp to start going to school? I want to study either law or medecine. Where is Bin Laden?

The Military analysis say, he is highly likelly hiding on the border regions of Pakistand and Afganistan. Those regions are wild-west areas, where the central goverment's authorities can not be reached.

1. Can you specifically tell me the names of the regions, and the detailed information on the demographics, cultures, history, and the people's characteristic? It would be excellent if you also provide me the links to other detailed website on this.

2. why isBin Laden not getting caught? What is the U.S. doing?

3. And, I have heard some claims that Bin Laden may have left the Hindu-Kush and traveled to Africa, where the Americans would paly least attention. Do you buy this?

4. If not Africa, then where else do you suspect?

N. Korea firing missles, plans underground nuc. testing. Iran working on Nuc's, probably has enough at least for dirty bombs, Firing missles, building shelters, military exercises. President Chavez "buddying Up" with all the bad guys, will cut off all oil to U.S. if war breaks out. Cuba's within reach of us. China and Russia are staying quiet on the side lines and are probably silent axis members just waiting for it to hit the fan. China's been beefing up its war machine for years and already have the man power, mean while our (USA) war machines are tired, beat up, worn out and in short supply because we have expended our energy on terrorist. Notice how China and Russia aren't giving up any military assist in this matter. Their waiting to use it on us when all the bad guys say "go". Our government continues to focus on the little issues, pretends not to notice or address comments / questions about this upcoming war. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it must be a duck.
