for a woman?

I only know about Air Force PFTs. I'm not sure about enlisted PFTs, but the PFT for a female around the age of 20 or 25 for an OFFICER (you must have a bachelor's degree and COMMISSION as an officer--not enlist) is very easy. My good friend takes hers this next month, and she has so much time to do the run that she can actually walk part of it. Contact your university ROTC or a recruiter for more info.

Your comment is pretty vague; there are physical skill tests for the military, Firemen, the police corpse, and EMTs to name the most obvious.

If you're referring to the military, as a vet of the Army I can tell you that based on the answers I have recieved from females from my old units, They have stated that if they didnt work out before they went into the service, they would have of course regretted it. All in all its not as difficult as drill sergeants make it sound, or as horrifying.

The Military makes the physical testing scaled down based on your sexuality and age, which makes it rather easier then the level expected of men.

A man in the ages of 18-22 at the time I was in the service was expected to do 32 push ups, 42 sit ups, and run at least 14:54m on the 2mile run. A woman of that same age was expected only 22 push ups, 32 sit ups, and 16m on the run. as you go further up the age bracket, the expected pushups/situps/run is made somewhat easier to accomplish, even though its a small change until you reach the 34-36 bracket.

Hope it helps! Good luck on your tests!

If you are physically fit now you shouldn't have any problem. However the training is different between the branches of the service. I do believe that the Marines have the hardest basic training of them all and th Air Force I have heard is not the difficult.

Depends on what branch. The Air Force is the easiest and the Marines are the hardest.

The Army's must be pretty hard. My son is in basic now, and the female in his class was actually dead for 12 seconds after she collapsed from the heat.

not sure of the specifics, but they are a joke as I remember, Anyone with minimal fitness can pass them.
