Indian army is one of the best in the world. Also, its size is comparable with the population of India.
Israel gets its ammunition from US and so, has an edge there.
But, Israel is a front runner in the Intelligent field. MOSSAD is the best agency.
And lastly, it is the mentality of the Government that counts. Israel is also a front runner in this.

Bad news. Israel is 200 times more advanced. Most part of their arsenal is manufactured by themselves. Manufactures probably the best assault rifle; Uzi. Manufactures probably the best combat helicopters. Manufactures their own combat aircrafts.Unlike India has won decisicive victory in all the wars since the birth of the country. India has lost territory both in wars with Pakistan (POK) and China. As for the fighting quality of Israeli soldires, do u know the Entebee case in Uganda. Enquire about it. Then compare the incident with Kandahar hijack case of India.The most important is the mindset of Israeli Political and Military leaders. Only false Arab propaganda can fool the ignorant majority but not all. Those who know the facts will always support Israel. It is arabs who started the bitter conflicts even before 1945. Egypt planned to spread irradiated strontium and germs of bubonic plague over entire Israel with the help of Odessa the organization of ex Nazis. Now that the arabs are defeated in so many wars, they have started to pretend that they are innocent victims. Israel is actually fighting just for her survival. In google search with "Arab Israel Conflict". Read the statements of both sides and of the neutral. Wikipedia is a good source. Read The Odessa file by Frederick Forseith. Just a few years back the German government has admitted that the story is true.

Compared to Israel I would say India has a tiny edge.
They are capable of launching a missile in the heart of Israel.
But some of their equipment comes from Israel. For
example the Tevor assult riffle is the most advanced currently
and is from Israel and India has 3,000 of them and is still
purchasing 500 yearly. But Israel may have an edge in tactical
warfare ( similar to the U.S) but India would do better
in Airstrikes and naval attacks and firepower.

Technologically India can't be compaired with Isreal. They are atleast 25 years ahead of Indian military technology.

India is both in numbers and technologically is advanced than Israel.Israeli military has no indigenous weapons system they are all open donations from US as far is Indian army is concerned we have indigenous missiles like prithvi and Agni with nuclear capabilities.

YES israel is way far advanced , From night vision googles to apache helicopter , snipper to worlds best commandos . Israel has advanced. They are advanced because they know that their enemies are coward muslim terrorists.

Well...Israeli military is no match for india... Yes...Israel has lot of hi tech military stuff...but most of it is provided by US or co produced by US and israel... While...india has lot of hi tech stuff from Russia...it has a large industry which produces other hi tech equipments.... so yes...i would say India is more advanced.
