If the patient or family member is dissatisfied with this translation service or how it is delivered, they can file a complaint with the State that their civil rights were violated.

I am a Chinese immigrant, i have a green card, but i am not yet a citizen of the United States, i was wondering can i change my name from my Chinese name to a English name? So it will show an English name on my greencard, and on my drivers license, instead of Chinese pinyin style english.

I mean, rather than just legalizing all the illegals every 20 years...and worrying about immigration at all.

It would be like, regardless of everything else, if you were physically in or owned property in US territory you'd effectively be a US citizen. You could vote, get benefits, but you'd also have to pay taxes, etc.

why is it illegal for people to come to the u.s if it is called the land of the oportunity?? should it not give a chance to all people reguarless of race?? and since the people come to find a job should it not allow it a chance to work and take up the spot of a bum that is allready here??
