1.) She is not illegal, she is here in a valid visa category, so be quiet.

2.) You simply marry him. Preferably while your visa is still valid, but even if you become out of status, as long as you entered legally you are still eligible to file for permanent residency.

Your husband will file the form I-130 (petition for you), and you can file the form I-485 (adjusts your status to a permanent resident) at the same time. You will also need supplementary forms G-325A (biographic info), I-864 (affidavit of support), I-693 (medical exams/vaccinations), and you have two optional but not required forms to file as well.. The I-765, if you would like to work while your application is pending, and the I-131 if you need to travel while it is pending. You can only file these forms after you are married to him.

You can download all of the required forms from USCIS' website at http://www.uscis.gov for free & there will be additional instructions such as where to file, the filing fees, what to include, etc. Because this is a Family Based Application, all of the forms will be sent to an office in Chicago Illinois. If you need help completing the forms, please call USCIS National Customer Service at 1 800 375 5283. We cannot give direct answers, but we can help you to better understand it.

Good luck with everything, if you do need more information just call that number.

You have to contact immigration. I was about to tell you where the office is, but I guess I don't know where you are.In all states you must appear before the Clark of the city or county in which you live. If your local immigration office is to far, go see the county Clark. You will almost always find them very knowledgeable and help full.Best of luck.

Being pregnant does not make any difference. Yes you can go to the Dominican Republic or even some other country to marry him. It will not help get a visa if he has been deported.

you can marry your boyfriend in las vegas, then you must return to your own country, and have your boyfriend sponsor you, if you overstay your visa, you will be banned from entering the US for the next 29 years.

First of all you have to go back to your country and resign your residancy. Your husband has to file documents (income, paid taxes..) to the Emigration Center. You will get special spouse-Visa for a while. You can find out about everything on the oficial website.

I think it will depend on what state and city you are in - ie. NYC or Reno, NV. My guess is that you will need your passport and that would be it (unless you are considering a religious ceremony.) Good luck!!!
