we post the army at the border with the implicit instructions to protect america at any cost...i really believe word would spread fast and the invaders would stay where they belong?..very few would actually die, and the message would be clear...aggression against america is not tolerated...

Hiya!

In april me and my fiance are getting married. Im british and my fiance is danish. Im going to go and live in denmark with him.
The only thing that slightly concerns me is living visa's. I know that as im british and part of the EU, im allowed to live in denmark for 3months withut a visa. Im aware that i will have to appply for a residence permit or something like that, but i think as far as i know me and my fiance wont meet the marrital/spouse requirements as i am 23 and he is 25, and danish law states that you have to be 24 (is that right?) to be able to marry. Therefore i dont know what the situation will be for us. We have our own place and he can provide for the both of us. I do intend to work but i want to learn the language first.

Also my fiance wants me to change my british nationality to a danish one...im bit unsure bout this...what are the benefits/disadvantages of doing this?? cant i have dual nationality?

i would really appreciate advice/info from all thanx

No racial terms, no partisan bickering, just some good ideas to work together and solve an issue that affects all of us.

Hello, my name is Travis. I am a gay male. I am sad because in my country "The land of the free, home of the brave" I am treated like a second class citizen. I can not legaly Marry my significant other. If I get married anyway the marriage wouldn't be legal and I don't get the same rights and privileges of strait couples. I am also sad because of America's Foreign policy which has gotten very controversial, very corrupt in recent times.I am considering either Canada or the Netherlands. Both countires allow gay marriage with all the same rights and privilages. And on top of that in Amsterdam THC is legal but caffeen is not. Which is fine as I'm not a coffee drinker. My only fear is if I might regret this decision years down the line. For example. What if after immigrating the U.S. economy prospers but Holland gets flooded out and it's economy going to pasture. Or what if after so many years America turns around and gives equal rights to people like myself.Should I immigrate?

I worked at a major bank in NY. We had traders and other "executives" coming over from Germany, Bahrain, India, France, - you name it. They had their green cards within 3 months. Under what immigration exemption is this allowed? Is it just a money issue?

Be honest, who really wants them in the UK?

For instance why is it that now my friend has had to go on benefits, she found when filling in the forms a whole section dedicated to immigrant's? should they come here for a "better life" and then claim from our taxes that are meant to be for the people in this country that really need help..
Also where i am many immigrants have been housed in out new estates,if fact one of my friends had to move home, she was told that her house was sinking and it was going to be knocked down, she had been there 20 years and only later found there were immigrants living in her old family home!!! Thankyou goverment..
