Mexican food isn't healthy at all, although it's very delicious. the only healthy dish i can think of at the moment are fajitas and salsa.
My family is mexican and my mother hardly ever cooks mexican food because it is fattening. There is a lot of frying in oil when cooking mexican food.
Please don't say illegal aliens again, that's very rude of you to say, and i am sure many people wouldn't appreciate it, and would find it very offensive and racist of you.
