we post the army at the border with the implicit instructions to protect america at any cost...i really believe word would spread fast and the invaders would stay where they belong?..very few would actually die, and the message would be clear...aggression against america is not tolerated...

There is nothing to fear from Mexicans who come here to work.
And they do not get anything for free, such as healthcare or any social programs.

Well, if blood was shed to make this country what it is, then blood should be shed to defend it and keep it that way. The military shouldn't be wasted shooting migrant workers at the border, it should overthrow the Mexican government, and turn Mexico into a US territory or state.

Actually, the Mexican Army uses deadly force to do the
same thing, but on THEIR southern border. (So do many other nations.) I agree, intruders and enemies of the state that are storming our borders should be counter-attacked with deadly force to keep our nation safe. Minefields, booby-traps, snipers, and a 200 foot tall wall would be a major improvement to the US/Mexico and Canada/US border.

Whooooah , Joah V.... what large rock have you been hiding behind and where?? have you never heard of " Anchor babies?" Do you not understand the plight of emergency rooms in US border cities, not only in the border cities, but elsewhere as far as Houston and Dallas who feel the pinch every day?? We are funding illegals every hour and every day ... 24/7. Yes we are being invaded. Then people cry because we round up illegals and send them back. And what are they thinking in giving illegals a license and money to go to college. Does the word illegal mean anything now a days. We need to stop it now block the borders and ship all illegals back where they came from. If i break the law doing something illegal i go to jail. Build that fence and block the underground tunnels. Let Mexico make their world better. I have nothing against true legal immigrents who come to this world for a better place but lets stop the illegals who come over.

Unfortunately,yes. This issue has reached such a critical level that drastic measures must be taken. These illegals are employing classical Trojan Horse tactics. The Trojan Horse in this case is the very reluctance of the average American citizen to speak out on an issue that could get them labelled with the shameful "R" word: RACIST. The hypocrisy of the liberal left in spuriously stamping the foreheads of anyone having the temerity to address the problem of illegal immigration( invasion)from Mexico with their ever-inked RACIST stamps, is probably one of the biggest obstacles the U.S.faces in dealing with this issue rationally. It is what the illegals, more than anything else, eagerly exploit to give themselves the entitlement to abuse American social services to the point where they will collapse under this ever-increasing burden. Leaving tax-paying, law-abiding Americans with nothing. This silence(or vocal, unreasoned opposition) must give way to meaningful dialogue about this problem. Never mind "political correctness" and all that nonsense. It's time to get serious.

Put land mines on the border and inform the Mexican government that it's suicide to try to cross illegally. Watch the news, there are many illegals who commit felonies and do not need to be here. The guy who said illegal don't get government benefits doesn't know the score. They get food stamps, HUD, medicaid, public schooling, welfare and other government benefits.
Sooner or later, a terrorist is going to cross the US/Mexico border and do major damage. Think of the consequences if a terrorist was to attend a major sporting event and smash a small vial of serin nerve gas in the crowd. Thousands would die a fast painful death.

Yes I do feel like we are being invaded by Mexico, and yes, I do think deadly force should be used. If I was living close to the border I'm afraid I would have very green pastures, they would not be trespassing on my private property leaving there feces, garbage and dead behind. I really think people are starting to get fed up with our current administration mainly because of the border issues. I think your absolutely right, very few would die and we would be sending the message that any act of aggression (which invasion is) will not be tolerated.

Just put up signs along the border and station the military 100 yards in.
NO TRESPASSING.
Violators WILL be shot on sight!!!!
That should do it. Of course so as not to appear racist or be accused of being racist we will print the sign in every language
and list in alphabetical order. Spanish would come right after Russian.
