Right now the chinese economy is in an expanding bubble mode, due to its cheap labor and its very very new young people market with a lil extra pocket money. In order to keep the Yen below the dollar and wall street kicking ***, our labor market must compete internationally with the slave labor market. Although I do see china's bubble about to pop in the next 5 years or so. Secondly, think about North Korea, they have a ONE MILLION man standing army waiting for us to drop a couple of bombs and walk on over there land. We have to have the biggest Army, and the best economy

We are missionaries and are planning on living most of our lives in Asian countries, but would like to know if it is possible for her to become an American citizen.
It seems like we might have to live in the States four or more years for her to be naturalized? Is it possible for her to become an US citizen when we are living in a third country, perhaps the Philippines?
As a Singaporean, I know that she does have some privileges compared to other countries-for example, Singapore is on the visa-waiver program. Could that help our cause?
It would be more convenient if we were both citizens of the same country, so that is why I am wondering if it is even possible, or if we will have to live in the States to do so.

a ship full of illegals from cuba ram a coast guard ship, and a woman onboard hits her head and dies, why is the media spinning this as the evils of the coast guard. If the media is sopposed to be impartial and just report the news it sure seems that they side with the illegals and not with the coast guard, or even with any border patrol actions in america.

They only come because they have jobs here. If you want them to stop coming, stop giving them jobs. Don't you understand that the large majority of them have jobs? Many of those jobs are ones other peolpe would not take. With all you whining you all remind me of the people who complain about paying taxes, just whiners. IMMIGRATION IS A REALITY OF THE ECONOMY. I've found some to be very smart by paying attention to our culture and trying to blend in. But as for the vast others out there wandering around out there with that dazed look, well let's just say all you people out there hammerring out racist on your key board...I'll bet you could spot one a mile away and know theres a 90% chance there fresh off the border. Can you tell a fish out of water? I've been around and have met thousands of illegals and Hispanic Americans, and have friends that are one or the other. So pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssseeeeeeeee give the racial profiling smoke screen a rest. It's not personal, it's buisiness. Check em' and send em'!

I drive a truck around a small metropolitan area of about 150,000 with about 20% being illegals. I see it all day long! Dragging their donkeys in the left lane, looking at everything but the road, And around 70% of all the accidents I see, there's a hispanic standing there scratching his head. I've discussed this with police officers and the stats are staggering. Alot of them just run off! Our town started a dept just for accidents so the police could handle regular calls. These people are a danger to my family on the road if no were else!

1-securing the border with state of the art equipment/ more border troopers.
2- guest worker program after a criminal back ground check and a physical exam, with NO path to citizenship.
3-$5000 fine and learning english inorder to qualify. and no eligebility for ANY social/governmental assistant. ( for those who have been here for 5 years or longer)

the fines collected by the INS will help in building the wall and providing the border patrol with the equipments they need.

illegals will become legal meaning they will be able to contribute to our society fair and square.

Do you think anyone who wants to become a U.S citizen should serve in the military?
I think it should be mandatory. serve the country for, lets say, 5 years. as part of becoming a us citizen.
