Maybe you are, your real identity could have been stolen from you in a vast government conspiracy. You could be Mexican royalty with amensia living a quiet life in obscurity because the CIA made an agreement with your parents to provide them with Mexican government secrets. So, there you go. You really are Mexican. Now all you have to do is remember. :-)

Because you haven't filled out the proper documents to become a Mexican. Oh and there are plenty! Chances are slim that you will pass the thorough investigation to be allowed in. But don't get hasty, illegal aliens in Mexico are treated as such! be warned, go through the proper channels to obtain citizenship in Mexico because their Government takes this issue seriously as they should unlike America

I take it you must be a Hispanic, if you are this is fine..... you have a rich culture, and heritage.
However, remember America comes first, It must always come before any thing else .... The values this country was built on , is what keeps your family safe, it is what gives you choice, gives you a voice.... and most importantly it is the model , that the entire world looks up to.

It's all in the luck of the draw... everyone is born where their mother is and that determines your nationality in most places. In other cases, the nationality of your parents determines your nationality even if you are born somewhere else.
For instance if your parents are American, but you were born in Australia, you would be American, not Australian.
