I personally feel that if Hillary makes it into the presidency that we are in for a rough ride and a change to socialistic views! I believe with all my heart that this woman is for herself...not for the good of our nation! I do fear that most of the good we hold will be destroyed if she is running amuck in the Nation's capitol. How do you feel about her being our president?

and.. how would you compare it to modern democracy?

The Democrat party went from free speech, free expression, and equality to "free speech for us, free expression for us, special rights for special groups".

Now the line between democrat and socialist has been totally abolished.

Are you a socialist?

I'm a democrat. I am NOT a socialist. Senator Clinton does NOT share my values. I am a patriot. My country comes first. American values come first.

I was silent when socialists entered my party because they were good at speaking up. Then they turned the Republicans from opponents into "enemies". Then I left the party saying, "They left me." I returned, realizing what a weak and spineless decision I had made (and I wasn't a republican, period).

How many of you can even now admit that our party is going socialist, that there is no difference between it and the socialist party, and that you agree with them and those who silently stand with them (most of our leadership).

How many of you stand with our DEMOCRATIC principles, still?

I think we would see prosperous free market, new trade relations with other countries, a flourishing economy and a period of actual justice in our system. I think our schools would get better and life would change right down to the courtesy of our neighbors!!!

What do you think?? Have fun with this!!

And if you have something negative to say why waste your time?

If so watch this movie called Loose Change. It is basically about what happen on 9-11. It is very, very, interesting! You all will be amazed with the information it gives you and they have solid proof! For instance, it went back to the 60's on how they where making plans for terrorist attacks, shows how the guy who owned the 2 buildings insured the buildings for 3 billion dollars right before they got hit. It has so much information on it. I belive EVERYONE should watch this movie and WAKE UP PLEASE!

ROME-
President Bush, denounced by tens of thousands of anti-American protesters on the streets of Rome, defended his humanitarian record on Saturday to
Pope Benedict XVI, who expressed concern about "the worrisome situation in
Iraq." The president went to the
Vatican for his first meeting with the pope, who has lamented the "continual slaughter" in Iraq and concluded that "nothing positive comes from Iraq?"
Highly unpopular in Italy and across Europe, the president made a point about U.S. efforts to fight disease and poverty in Africa. Bush recalled that he had asked Congress to double the commitment for fighting AIDS in Africa, from $15 billion to $30 billion.

Does the $$ ever reach these countries?
In other words, what overall Afircan organization receives US monies to fight AIDS?
SOMEBODY has the funds already committed and yet, AIDS is increasing,(mainly clustered in Sub Saharan Africa), (Also interesting - No AIDS cases in Muslim countries in Africa)

First, Do you believe that Child Protective Services is affective. Second, Why doesn't any political candidate talk about it and what they can do to further the protection of children.? and Third why is it everytime I ask this to someonje they automatically say that the kids are a "bad apples to begin with?" WHere do you stand?

John F Kennedy to be more specific, I was wondering since he started this certificate chain, if he actually signed them himself, or if its a stamp, or just printed. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

The reason I ask is because he call a question posed to him during the last republican debate, a non sequitur.

A non sequitur is a statement not a question.

Cons please take a deep breath before answering.

* Citizens of the US have an average of two weeks of vacation. Most industrialized nations have a minimum of three weeks.

* The US is the only industrialized country in the world to have open borders.

* We are the only industrialized nation that doesn't have nationalized healthcare. Cons, don't try to debate me.

Is it fair that someone can become a US citizen just because his parent managed to sneak into this Country and have the baby while here illegally????? WHY? Shouldn't the law be ammended to say only babies of American citizens and natrulized immigrants are allowed Citizenship.

They should, productive people are the lifeblood of the socialist ideal. The money to fund government "investments" sure as hell isn't going to come from deadwood like the G-8 protesting vandals.

As I type this, I'm watching the House Session of the Oregon State legislature from earlier today (don't ask me why). Most of the bills they're voting on are passing unanimously, or almost unanimously, and they're doing it fast, too.

Obviously, state legislatures are smaller than the national Congress, but why do you honestly think that Congress takes so long to do their job (I'm speaking about every Congress, not just the current one). Should Congress expand and start working 4 days a week? How about 5 days a week?

What should Congress do to agree more, and work faster? No ideas will be denied (unless it calls for outlawing all other political parties.)
