Is a Presidential Memorial Certificate actually signed by the president?(I have one from 1963)?

John F Kennedy to be more specific, I was wondering since he started this certificate chain, if he actually signed them himself, or if its a stamp, or just printed. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

There is a presumption of regularity that is was signed by the President but the issuer will be the best to answer.
