What’s the function of the necessary and proper clause?

What’s the supremacy clause? Explain the concepts of extradition, full faith and credit, and privileges and immunities.

Why were these provisions added to the Constitution?

if the governments of the world are so focussed on a war on gunz and weapons, why do they allow factories to mass-produce arms, and distribute them around the world?

if they really wanted to they could simply shut down the factory owners which, to me, seems like a much easier solution then war and over packed prisons.

what you guys think...?

Depending on which poll you look at ,but it is always close or thereabouts.Some of these people are engineers,and other experts in their field.How can so many people be wrong?Or how can so many people be right?There has to be something to it doesnt there?
