Why did people put Chinese - they don't have an Emperor anymore and haven't for years!
I'd go for Japan! They still have an Emperor - BUT I'm not sure how far back the lines go - there were Shoguns but I'm not 100% sure if there were Emperors as well at the time of the Shogun!

I believe it is going to be the Grimaldi's of Monaco. They are actually still ruling the country unlike Britain who has a Prime Minister. The Grimaldi's have been ruling Monaco since 1297.

No doubt Its Japan going back 2000 years and still going strong all the rest are either defunct Chinese, Persian, or babies like our own house of Windsor. The Chrysanthemum throne goes on and on
