The first answer is technically correct.
The second answer is totally incorrect.
However, the Act of Succession is irrelevant because of the 25th Amendment to the US Constitution.

The 25th Amendment states that if the Presidency becomes vacant, the Vice-President becomes the President, and nominates a new Vice-President. If approved by simple majorities in both houses of Congress, this person becomes the new VP. So the Act of Succession doesn't matter, because the Vice-Presidency is never vacant anymore.

other than that her answer is correct,
assuming they meet the criteria to be president
Kissenger and Albright were foregn born which would have excluded them
