Well, heres the proof.

TITLE 50 > CHAPTER 32 > § 1520a. Restrictions on use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents.

(a) Prohibited activities
(1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian population; or
(2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent on human subjects.

(this sounds about right, but then theres this)

(b) Exceptions: Subject to subsections the prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes:

(3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related to riot control.

SO THERE IT IS. A police officer has the legal authority to pull you over and kill you with a bilogical weapon. Or if you are a striking teacher or a civil rights marcher they can KILL YOU WITH A BIOLOGICAL OR CHEMICAL WEAPON LEGALY.

One aspect of many tax plans is to eliminate the taxes paid by corporations. There are many reasons to do this.

1) Any tax the corporation pays is passed on to the consumer anyway.

2) 90% of all lobbying is to create some tax loophole for a particular industry. Get rid of the tax, you get rid of the lobbyists.

3) It would eliminate the primary reason for corporate 'creative accounting.'

4) Corporations could get rid of an army of tax attorneys and accountants.

The only reason I've seen to keep the tax is so that the gov't has a reason to audit the companies. No tax, no oversight. But I think the SEC could still call for an audit any time they wanted one on any publicly-traded company.

So, is it better to eliminate it?

That's of course making a couple of key assumptions.
They run, and most importantly they win.

Which I personally think they could do hands down. They both are great leaders and highly experienced politicians. Both war heroes who may best be able to handle the intense military condition that we face today.

Who would be in their cabinet?

As a maritime nation we are pledged to keep our busy waterways moving, safe and environmentally sound. We are pledged to bring the RNLI into public sponsorship. The generous and courageous efforts of those lifeboat volunteers perform a valuable service for marine safety and should not be left to the vagaries of charity giving.
