Hi,
I want to buy something off ebay.com the item is a watch worth around £1,500.
Does anyone know how much import duty/tax/VAT they charge when it arrives in the UK? I don't trust asking the seller as they just want to sell you the item.

Thanks

With all the unanswered questions, the suspicious nature of Bush's actions, the coincidences found leading up to the tragedy, the after the fact findings such as thermate in all 3 buildings, yet the other buildings were not destroyed, buildings build like fortresses by the way, designed to withstand at least 3 plane impacts and still stand. How can you say there was no conspiracy when physics, PHYSICS DICTATES that the towers could not fall in there own footprints, and wouldn't have fallen at all. How can you believe the mainstream when all the mainstream showed you were some distance cameras with little or no sound, what about the explosions, the bomb reports, the seismic data that only means it was an explosive placed on a grounded support. Or the fact Bushs cousin owned the security company, that the guards were put on standby for several weeks while "drills" were conducted where it was reported that they were there for 12 hours at a time-Doing what I ask? I have more-outta room

Get real, people, we all know Bush can't find his way out of a paper bag - he's just playing the part, heck, he might even believe it himself. The actual force in the White House is and has been Cheney, a true snake in the grass. Here's a great article if you want just a tad more info: The Boston Globe article by ROBERT KUTTNER called The Cheney presidency | August 26, 2006

Goerge Bush asked an advisor 'how could I be an Emporer?' The advisor said 'to be an Emporer you would need an Empire' So goerge bush said 'O.K how could I become a king?'
The advisor said to be a king you would need a kingdom, why don't you just stick to runing the country?
What does that make bush? Think about it!

The Founding Fathers, who wrote the Constitution, knew the country would grow and change over the years, so they provided a way for amendments to be added to the Constitution.
How many Amendments do we have right now.??

I was wondering what exactly happened in 2004 whent "they" decided to NOT have the League of Women voters host the debates, as they had done in years prior. Did this have to do with only two parties being represented?

there seesm to be sovereign countries that have religious problems with other countries
and seek there destruction.no one has found a way to regulate the violence in a few of them,so once world peace is threatned no one country should be allowed to take it over or attack it. if it attackes and the un steps in. whom would have the most experience in controlling the disorderly countries. but then as free societies we have to wait till they actually do something against world peace to do it dont we.
where is the resolution on action towards this means if it is attempted to avoid a total free for all world war,and then who oversees the process.
in simple terms if iran does try to totally destroy israel through nuc means. the world will have no choice but step in or fight a total world war among many countries.
a resolution between the main nations of the un may off set the action of the smaller ones.to thios end if it is done and the un sends in force to stop the violence.

It really makes me angry that some people can just " live off the system" so to speak when they are capable of working. I personaly think the system should be changed.people who want to work and cant work cause they cant afford their meds with out medical assistance but if they are to work their medical gets cut. There are so many assistance programs for people out there but i believe the wrong people are allowed to have them and those of us that should be allowed to have them cant get them cause we work for a living wich leaves us with out ragous medical bills or medications that we can never pay off or pay for with the pay we get. Also i believe both part time and full time people should be allowed benefits simply cause we work for a living. what are your thoughts???

If so, then why were 100's millions of US Tax dollars spent on Iserali bombs to blow up half of Lebanon, and then 100's millions of US and EU dollars supplied to rebuild it?
