No, they already said they would give NOTHING to any survivors of the next hurricanes, not like the $2000.00 they gave before.
Solution, don't depend on any governmental office when disaster strikes, and join the C.E.R.T. program - look it up.

No. What makes you think the government improves... Just look at our security... peace of mind for some people, but no real "security."

probably not, no other place is stupid enough to let themselves get caught like the people of NO. No other place will need as much help.
