less salt means no taste isn't it similarly if the judiciary is less active , it leaves a bad taste in mouth or bad effect in the state, more salt makes food inedible, so a hyper active judiciary shows close ties of politicians with the judicial system which is bad as biased decisions are made.
a balanced judicial system gives the state a proper balance as proper salt in food does.
