Iam getting married in the month of Decmeber this year.My fiance is in US and i need to apply for tatkal passport..Along with the documents generally needed for passport, what other proof should i provide to get passport at tatkal scheme..?
1. Should i give a letter mentioning that iam getting married in December and as i have other procedures to follow,i apply for tatkal passport?
2. Is that needed to give any proof of marriage-like the marriage invitation or some other receipts? or should i get a letter from my fiance mentioning that he is planning to mary me in december with all his passport and visa details?

Hope to get back soon..

I understand there are some migrational ties and that French was the common language of the elite in the past. The civil code is used. Are these reasons the basis for its membership? Would this not apply to nearly all the nations of Europe?

I was wondering which channels to go through in order to file a formal complaint against personnel of a U.S. Embassy overseas. And, would it even be worth it to lodge a complaint or would this just create more problems for me?

I'm sure I'm far from being the first one to be unhappy with the way I was treated by my embassy, so somebody should have a good idea of the answer to this question.

My wife have a US Visa stamped in her old passport when she was single. She has a new passport now using her married name. Do we need to ask the US Embassy in the Philippines to have the old valid US VISA stamped on her new passport? We are afraid that the US Embassy will minimize the validity of her visa since she was given a 10 year visa when she was single.

I read an article about the new Japanese Prime Minister -
The article said he was of the "Liberal Democrat Party" but all the issues he claimed to believe in sounded like the Republicans here in the US
- stronger military
- less social spending
- stronger alliance with US and China
- abolishing pacifist legislation
