Is the length of stay determined only at the port of entry? If so, can they allow you to stay beyond the expiration date written on the visa, if you were given a longer time there? Thanks!

I'm wondering if there is any common ground between us and the Militant sector of Muslims, where we can learn to get along some day. I doubt there is, but i was just wondering.

So lets say my friend is dating a 14yr old, but the legal age of consent in his state is 16. But he also knows somebody at the Kazakhstan embassy, a country where the legal age of consent has been recently raised to eight years old: if he takes his 14yr old girlfriend onto the Kazakhstan embassy's lawn and has sex with her there, is he committing statutory rape?

Is so frustrating you know, the visa authority will asked the business personell figures to purchase air tickets to Thailand. After which if you returns to them, the same authority would as well refused to stamp the visa in your passport. For no good reason. After providing all the legal and genuine documents. Please my fellow brothers and sisters what advise shall you give me if you were in my situation.Because am already a victim.

I went to a lawyer yesterday, she said if immigration ever comes to your work site DO NOT sign anything, that just waives your rights to see a judge and you automatically get sent back to your home country, if you do not sign anything they give you a letter telling you when to appear before the court in your state and you can plead your case. for instance my husband is mexican and we are having to go to ciudad juarez but inbetween now and then if he gets caught by immigration is is actually a good then b/c then he can plead his case in Atlanta and will not have to go to ciudad juarez if the judge rules in his favor and grants him a green card. it is a good FYI for everyone illegal that is scared of being caught, just do not sign ANYTHING
