i want my niece & mother-in law to come to the us. for a temporary visit. Does anyone know how or what i need to do to get this done?

Your mother-in-law may have to apply for a visitor's visa in her country of usual residence, in this case Mexico. Here is a link to the US embassy in Mexico:

She may have to go through the diplomatic mission accredited to her region of residence in Mexico.

YES.. the ONLY legal way is to apply for a visa at the American Embassy in Mexico City or one of the Consulate offices throughout Mexico. The chances are not good you know and the lines at the Consulates for visas are miles long

mother in law lot easier to get a visitors visa simply that she is established in Mexico niece if unmarried lot lot harder true long lines at both consulate and embassies
