I went to a lawyer yesterday, she said if immigration ever comes to your work site DO NOT sign anything, that just waives your rights to see a judge and you automatically get sent back to your home country, if you do not sign anything they give you a letter telling you when to appear before the court in your state and you can plead your case. for instance my husband is mexican and we are having to go to ciudad juarez but inbetween now and then if he gets caught by immigration is is actually a good then b/c then he can plead his case in Atlanta and will not have to go to ciudad juarez if the judge rules in his favor and grants him a green card. it is a good FYI for everyone illegal that is scared of being caught, just do not sign ANYTHING

This isn't a question, you do realize this is a Violation of YA's rules?? You better hope someone doesn't report you.
And you better hope INS doesn't catch up with you and your spouse, aiding and abetting a criminal is against the law.
If thousands of legal immigrants can do it the right way, then your husband could have done it the Legal, right way!!

sorry you better hope you don't have to come to Georgia for any thing on illegal immigration because you will be up a creek . Georgia is one of the first to start enforcing illegals immigration laws we don't want anyone here illegal sign by gov. Purdue. so that mean your have a quick trip back to your home country if you come here illegal and get caught.

i hope you and your husband get caught and get sent back to mexico, i came here the right way, took me nearly 2 years of filing different forms , background checks health checks and many 1000's of $.
and even now doing things the right and legal way i am still not entitled to claim any social security or unemployment until i have worked legally and paid taxes for 10 years.
