I don't know which one are you referring..is it Tokyo location?..
hope the address above helps..it is near the station, just ask someone how to get there...lots of foreigners around...There is only one Philippine Embassy location in Tokyo which is Roppongi area..they moved from Shibuya..
I would recommend to call first at their office for requirement and information regarding your visit...

You can call them direct if you need to ask how to get there. depends on the train or car directions.Most government offices are close on Saturday, Sunday and Japan Holidays..

If she has jap citizenship and isn't any longer operating, would the Philippines even favor to annoy helping a bum in Japan only because she's Filipina? I hate to be insensitive, yet she does look to have chosen to stay on the streets.

1. By Train

The Embassy is accessible via the following subway lines:

1. Eidan Hibiya Line > via Roppongi Station
2. Toei O-Edo Line > via Roppongi Station or
Azabu Juban Station
3. Eidan Nanboku Line > via Azabu Juban Station

Roppongi Station
The Embassy is approximately ten (10) minutes walking distance away from Exit No. 3 of the Roppongi Station via the Hibiya and O-Edo line.

a. Follow Gaien Higashi Dori in the general direction of the Tokyo Tower.
b. Turn right upon reaching the intersection with a traffic light where Gaien Higashi Dori crosses Toriizaka street. You will notice the ROI Building and a Subway Sandwich outlet at the corners.
c. After turning right, continue on walking towards the direction of the next nearest traffic light where you will find a pedestrian walk in front of the Minato Ward Azabu Shisho (branch office) situated to your left.
d. For non-Consular related business, turn left at the very first corner after the Azabu Shisho. Walk towards the end of the road where you will find the Embassy main gate to your right.
e. If you have business at the Consular section (i.e. visa, passport, report of birth, marriage, divorce, notary and others) turn left on the second corner after passing the Azabu Branch Office. Continue on walking as you will shortly reach the Consular Section entrance to your left.
Azabu Juban Station
The Embassy is approximately nine (9) minutes walking distance away from Exit No. 5 of the Azabu Juban Station via the Nanboku Line or the O-Edo line.

a. Turn right as you emerge from Exit 7 (for Roppongi 5-chome) of the Station. Walk on towards the intersection with a traffic signal.
b. Make a right turn upon reaching the corner of Toriizaka slope where a public parking area is situated. Head on up the slope.
c. If you have business at the Consular section (i.e. visa, passport, report of birth, marriage, divorce, notary and others) turn right when you get to the second corner. Continue on walking as you will shortly reach the Consular Section entrance to your left.
d. For non-Consular related business, turn right at the third corner. Walk towards the end of the road where you will find the Embassy main gate to your right.
2. By Bus

Minato-ku Communtiy Bus (Chiibus) - Bus Fare is Y100

A community bus service of the Minato Ward was launched in October 2004 and the Embassy would be accessible via two (2) routes.

Tamachi-Roppongi Hills Route

Chiibus loop bound for Tamachi Station and Roppongi Hills. The Embassy would be two (2) minutes away from Bus Stop No. 18 or the Azabu Branch Office stop.

Akasaka-Roppongi Hills Route

The Embassy would be about seven (7) minutes away from the Roppongi Bus Stop.

Toei Bus - Bus Fare is Y200

The Toei Bus Company regularly revises its bus routes. Please verify the routes accordingly.

Bus 88 Shibuya to Shimbashi

Please refrain from coming to the Embassy by car. The Philippine Embassy does NOT have parking space for the public. Furthermore, the streets adjacent to the Embassy are designated by the Azabu Police as strictly No-Parking/Tow-Away zones. If bringing a vehicle is unavoidable, please note the available pay parking areas on the map.
