Shouldn't a spokeman for environmentalism consume less resources?

As I recall from prior elections, Republican presidential nominees generally raise more money than their Democrat counterparts. After all, Republicans are generally wealthier than Dems. So why is it that Obama and Clinton (top 2 dems) raised about twice as much as Guiliani and Romney (top 2 repubs) in the 2nd quarter this year? I mean, it wasn't even close!

If the Democrats are able to raise so much more money, do the Republicans have a realistic chance of winning the 2008 election?

Personally, I would rather it be Shillary Rotten Clinton. Most polls, from what I've heard, have shown that over 56% percent of the country now say they would not vote for her. So if she was to get the dem. nomination, wouldn't that guarentee a landslide victory for the GOP?

Now that Bush did indeed pardon his loyal lap dog, how will it effect the 08 election and what do you think of the GOP currently?

Edwards gets Iowa, but how does it work, because, he gets Iowa, but will not get anything else, like Florida and the other states Hillary leads in. I personally don't think Edwards can get enough swing states to win the election, Hillary has a better shot at knocking down Rudy, and Mitt Romney. She is the liberal nightmare....what do you all think? Besides Hillary has skill, and excellent smart debate doger... she can do it.

Joe Biden Jr and Bill Richardson appeared to be very knowledgeable leaders who impressed me during all three debates that were aired on TV so far. Who else would vote for them if both decided to run together on a ticket with either as president and the other VP?

I have been a user of this site for over a year now. I particularly like the Politics and Government site oy Y!A. I have been known to frequent it often.

I have learned from others who do not have the same point of view as me and we have engaged in a few bantering sessions. I have come to respect others who have views other than my own.

But here recently, I have noticed that there has been a lot of name calling, hatred and venom spewing. I just don't get it.

So what if people don't see things the same as you. Thats what makes this great country of ours so great.

I have members of my own family that don't belong to the same political party as me, daughters in fact and I would never think of calling them names or throwing the accusations at them that I have seen here lately.

You are chasing away the very ones that you look foreward to answering and then where will we be?

Don't use "Freedom of speech". That isn't what it was intended for.

I am just asking for either of these two. Nobody else. It's between Clinton and Obama. If you don't want either please just don't answer. =]

A question I answered a few seconds ago inspired this question, so I just want to know what people think.

Personally, I hope Hilary Clinton wins.

Sorry if I misspelled her name.

Your mans father as president announced a TV movie under Andrew Jackson's picture in the White House. I recall it was called "Heroes of Desert Storm", so how are eithier father or son comparable to Andrew Jackson? Jackson would sit on both and challenge both to a duel. Any of you as well. And niethier would dare accept and I bet most of you as well.

I have been watching both Democrat and Republican parties debates and runner ups, and I am really not very impressed with all the candidates except for one, and thats Senator Hilary Clinton. She above all has stood her ground, able to answer every question thoroughly, and she has already been in the White House so she knows how it works. I really don't like her either because she is so extreme, but Edwards and Obama are not doing a very good job in their current position as being the next candidates for the presidential debates. I feel that Obama and Edwards really need to do their homework if they are going to battle it out with Hilary Clinton, cause she knows her stuff and she is a strong speaker.
