In public? Romney or Giuliani.
Romney apparently is not only a Mormon (one of the weirdest religions out there), but hes also a Massachusetts aristocrat who likes to pretend hes a lifelong hunter, AND apparently put his dog on top of his car for something like a 10 hour drive! He also says he wants to double Guantanamo just as most people are starting to say it should be closed down.
Rudy "I was mayor on 9-11" Giuliani on the other hand though, is an arrogant, underqualified, autocratic weirdo who apparently enjoys crossdressing in between giving speeches on how we're all going to die if he doesnt get elected.
Then of course theres McCain. He walks around everywhere on the defensive with slouched shoulders looking tired, but the moment he gets to his podium at the debates, hes standin there grabbin the damn thing like its gonna fly away if he stops holding it down. Not to mention his increasingly unpopular stance on the war and his support of all this incredibly unpopular immigration reform nonsense. Its painful to watch, like watching him shoot himself in the foot over and over and over til he eventually drops out and limps off to "spend more time with his family".
Weirdest in private? Your guess is as good as mine, but I think its probably the person who puts the most effort into appearing normal for us. Good luck findin out which one that is.

By Farr it is MITT ROMNEY!!!! Who else would take his family on vacation & put the family dog in a crate & strap it to the roof of the car for a 12 hour ride. If he treats his pets like this who knows what kind of psycho this guy would turn out be.

Mitt Romney... for that weird tape on his website that shows his entire family in lounging in their multi-million dollar "cabin" ... while Anne, his wife, talks about cooking for them all. She seems like a nervous wreck. They are acting like the Stepfords, with a sort of glazed over expression. (Also, his oldest son's name is "Tagg"... who names their son "Tagg"? Only a guy named "Mitt"!)
