Resign. It would be a mistake to elect me.

I would make the tough choices necessary to ensure that every working American has the financial ability to retire and have at least their basic needs met. I'd fix social security. The choices associated with doing that would be political suicide, so I would not expect to be re-elected. I would be content doing something that really made a difference for my country and then sitting back and collecting the $200,000 + per year that former presidents collect.

That presumes that this inane war in Iraq and Afghanistan is already over by the time I assume the presidency. If it's not, my one thing would be to establish an end to that war. To get the Afghans and Iraqis to step up and either take control of their country or lose control of their country. Either way, I'd want to stop the American actions in those countries.

Well if I were President of this country right here and now he first thing I would want to do is bring our troops back home forgive me I am a veteran okay and I am fed up with seeing my fellow brothers and sisters dying ok.
Secondly I would give all these Veterans what they rightly deserve for serving and dying for this country which the federal government has not done or kept their promise to do.
Third I would clean up this immigration problem because I have had enough of it to last me the rest of my life,and I would do something about the racism in this country that is slowly making a come back and it is.
Those are the few major things I would do and one more thing I would do is start my own party to get the Democrats and Republicans,a run for the White House because that is what we need another party to give the old Established ones a wake up call.

I would make sure the government be made accountable to the people. A responsible, effective amd effecient government can accomplish all these things instead of creating fear of IT. The Ideology that has prevailed in this country the past forty years is one that rejects government in favor of a so-called free market society. In this society the well to do have all the say, and the rest of us have to swallow it, whether we like it or not. In my book the word socialism is not a dirty word. Democratic socialism can be very effective, if we collectively take responsibility for it.

I would see our border is totally closed and protected from invasion....any of them.

I would enforce our immigrations laws and halt all immigration until we get the present situation under control.

I would have our young people serve two years in the military.
That would help a lot of youth on the streets to grow up!

I would allow people to use their educational tax money toward any private school of their choice....so they could get educated.

I would change our tax structure to a flat tax.

I would pardon Libby right now

I would stop fighting a "political war" and tell the politicians from now on only the generals run the war....and do it right!

I would stop Iran's neuclear ambitions now!

I would so heavily penalize employers who hire illegal immigrants, that they will choose to go home....and cut off all benefits they are given that they are not entitled to.

I would make available Health care plans people could join....not government run...but available for those who can't afford other health care. Have private sources sign up for them.

I would stop all the lawsuits that are unnecessary...they have ruined our health care.

Aw man! Just ONE thing? Gosh, there are so many changes I would make, I don't quite know where to begin...lol

I guess the first thing I would do, is bring our National Guard back from overseas and stake them all out along the border, with orders to shoot to kill if necessary to prevent illegal entry...and at the same time I would have all law enforcement working together to round up all illegals found within the borders and deport them out asap...if they want back in, they can do it the right way...I would do this because that's what our National Guard is for, guarding our nation and that is the ONLY way we can stop this criminal immigration nightmare!

Get the US out of the UN. They don't have care about the United States or their interests, and we foot most the bill for it. Why should we be paying out foreign aid to rich country's,7 and at the same time have children living in poverty here.
