Let say for the sake of argument that the US abandonees the two party system and there's a presidential election with 20+ candidates. The one with the most Electoral College votes has like 25% of them.

Does it go the House of Representatives or something? What if it does and they or whoever decides is unable to come a majority decision because they no longer are made up of two parties?

In Sarasota, Fl there is a lawsuit between politicians claiming they were victims of an undervote because people didn't vote for them on the ballot. It hasn't occurred to them that maybe both candidates sucked. They just blame the vote on the machine. If we had the extra choice of neither of them - could that change politics?

Hillary clinton will no doubt run for president- and if she won, it would be a disaster- not just becuse her politics are dispicable- but becuse women lack the intelligence and ability to hold the position of president. Most women have the emotional stability and intelligence of children. 'Intelligent' women are simply mimicing men. They should be at home baking cookies and rearing children. Can't a law be passed to make sure only men can be president?

Can any one remmeber when you watched the presedint speeches?

So Im running on the tredmill at the gym and they have these things you have to plug into to listen. So Im not connected and Im running there and I look up and I noticed the president was speaking and I just had this thought that it was as if I was in some kind of twilight zone, it was as if I had this awaking, I realized I had no thought or even wonder what the hell he was saying, All I could think was theres that ........ guy again, I used to care what presidents were addressing or saying. WIth Bush I had no care in the world. It was if I was looking at a pale cue ball with hair on it in the corner with no friends. I mean this scares the hell out of me, This is our president for gods sake, Shouldn't there be some cluase where if a presidents aproval rating falls below, I dont know 35 percent we can have a new one? Just wondering if anybody else noticed this

Hillary and Obama are the clear Democratic frontrunners. If one won, would the other accept a VP role? If so, which combination would be better?

The old guard Republicans fear a strong-willed woman in charge and God-help-us, a black man in the oval office. I say the Dems should send them to Washington as a tag-team to change the direction for America in the World.

I hope Hillary wins because I think she's stronger, has more experience on the world stage, and Obama will grow and mature under her leadership. If he does, he could take the reins when Hillary leaves. If Obama wins, I don't think she'll accept a secondary role (been there, done that).

What ever happened to the happy middle? It has been proven through polls that both the extreme left and right are losing votes.The less extreme people in the middle are getting them. Why do we even need political parties? Why can't we vote on the persons' ideas, rather than whether or not they are Republican of Democrat?
