Apply equity theory to yourself as a member of an organization. What are your inputs and outputs? How would you measure them? Whom have you chosen as referent persons? Do you feel equity? If not, what will you do?

I just don't get it. Gas prices are ridiculous. In the 70's, there was a gas crisis and the government and car manufacturers responded by making "economy cars" like the Pacer (yeah it was ugly but it got great gas milage). Why aren't we doing that now? And why it is that the car commercials are for big heavy duty trucks?! If we made non-gas powered vehicles, wouldnt that lower the demand for gasoline: consumer power is much more effective than gun power, isn't it?

I am not against to any game.
But when it gets to fanatic levels every one should be cautious about it.
Just see how much of national effort goes waste as county as a whole comes to inaction when cricket game comes on TV and Radio. No doubt lot of money is earned as advertisement revenue.
To my mind it appears to be peanuts when compared to national productive loss on the days when the game is telecast on TV and radio.
Can the media of Radio and TV can put their efforts together to eradicate corruption and poverty from India! Can they direct the nation efforts to wards job-satisfaction and encouraging people to acquire salable skills and self confidence. First step towards eradication of corruption employment to all. Can righteducation help?

Can’t we spend our energies zeal and money we are spending on cricket to eradicate corruption and poverty!!

what do you suggest?

i just need clarifications
"what will not qualify someone for citizenship is not place or location, or the capacity to sue and be sued not birth, ancestry, or blood. Rather, a citizen is one who participates in ruling and judging one who rules and is ruled in turn”
