well me myself i don't do drugs exept alcohol OK. I will say this people who have a need for drugs should be allowed to do them under certain circumstances.

1. artist or people that are artistic in one way should be allowed to do them in controlled environment where a doctor administers them to prevent addiction.

2. Recreational in a controlled environment and not authorized to be taken home or on the street. In other words there will be a bar and a limit to what the bar has available and the amount and regularity the person is allowed to use a certain drug and as long as it is in moderation and safe.

3. People with addictions and live to do drugs and addicted to them will receive counseling, and if they have no desire to quite after a certain amount of time then they will be allowed to use on a daily basis but will have responsibilities to benefit society before they are paid with food and their need.

4. If you are a dumb *** and we don't want you anyway we will give you all the drugs in the world to shut you up.

5. All this and after you are educated and certified on the effects of the drugs and you know what can happen to you in the end.

6. For medicinal and therapeutic use.

Why is this the government's business? Why is it their business if we smoke? Why is it their business who we have sex with or whether or not their is any barter involved in sex? The next thing you know, there will be a law saying that we have to drink 8, 8 oz. glasses of water per day. Because it is good for us. Why does the government feel it has the right to get so up close and personal in our lives? Our recreational time, and our private family life should be ours to govern!

Yep, All recreational drugs should be legalized and controled by the medical community. Low cost prescriptions and treatment clinics for the users. When they come in for the fix offer safe rooms, rehab, blood testing, milk and cookies. Now tell me who doesnt like milk and cookies?

Legalization of marijuana in New Mexico can only be valid if the people approved it in a plebiscite.

It damn well should be! We gotta stop making criminals out of people who are just looking to get high. Yea, people claim that it's an unhealthy addiction but I think overall we all suffer from an unhealthy addiction of judging people and punishing them. We all have the unhealthy addiction of being hypocrites.

Stop putting our brothers and sisters in prison and treating them as inferior!

For this to be legalized, you must find out which location has more demand, or create demand (if you're a drug dealer).
