H1 Visa application?

Question

Is it ok for me too apply for the H1 emploment visa if i am a few months from graduating

should i write myresume now since i am still in my attachment with a few more months to go

You can only apply for an H1 visa on the basis of an approved petition from a US employer. If the petition says you are a graduate but you are not, then the petition is invalid and the visa can't be issued.
