isn't it amazing that a remark that the pope
made can cause such a turmoil all he did was
repeat a passage from a historic writting and
he's expected to make an apology for it ...
the Arab nation needs to look at things in context...or grow up..

I live in a community where a halfway house is in the approval process and I have been asked to join the protesters in a letter writing campaign. We're talking about federal inmates with minimum 6 year sentences that are being re-integrated into the community. I've read lots of arguments for opposing this, but can find very little supportinng the notion of allowing it. What are your thoughts on having a 32 bed facility in your neighbourhood?

do arabs have the right to answer question in this category? since they of course will always answer with anti-american bias, their comments should be held as propaganda or the result of Islam brainwashing them, no? it seems their comments are redundant.

Why do so many people dispute an arguement with insults and personal attacks that does nothing to dispute a question? And should the Yahoo Community even pay attention to people who uses verbal abuse instead of facts to dispute questions?

I posted this question on 9/11 and blu_drgn2 said this:

"Unless you personally do something to make the situation better stop your whinning! Why should anyone be punished? We need to fix the problems and stop complaining. Get off your butt and do something to make this world a better place if you do not like the way it is. "

Do you believe posting information, informing people about facts which we all don't really have time to look up ourselves and then getting people's opinions is a waste of time? Or might it be called doing something about it not through action but through education?

DO NOT ANSWER THIS QUESTION UNLESS YOU HAVE VIEWED AT LEAST ONE OF THESE VIDEOS. They are no more than 10 minutes each and I believe raise some very good question. This is not conspiracy theory on the likes of Moore or Alex Jones. If you are a true patriot and have at least 10 minutes of time this weekend, please view at least one of these videos to be informed, unless that is you are afraid of new information. If you have viewed at least one video, support or dissenting opinions are both appreciated. As for the question, has these videos raised some importants regarding 9/11 for you. Do you think our government fumbled the ball somewhere and those who have done so have no face any reprecussions (not just Bush but NORAD, FAA, ARMY, etc) and are still who we depend on to defend our lives? Thank you for your time and for being a true American. God Bless.

I never get involved with this, but I just answered another question from a wife who's husband is in Iraq. I cry when I do this. I cry when I see the guys over there on TV. When Pres. Bush said we had to fight, I believed him and now I do not. Now, I don't see any reason we have to continue with this war. It breaks my heart when I talk to military wives who are lonely and desperate. My bf is here with me and I run and hug him and I cry when I am in his arms.
I never, never get involved in politics or ask political questions. I am just an office secretary and part time stripper so I know what my opinion counts for. I just want this war to end.
