That will be impossible.
You can control them where you live, but you cannot kill all roaches. Roaches have been around longer than practically any other living creature, and man is not going to totally exterminate them.

My family used roach baits in the early 90's which eradicated all the roaches until recently when German roaches started showing up either due to my father working at a restaurant or dirty neighbors.
