Why are people so suspicious of scholars who do research for a living? Are you just jealous because we are smarter than you? Or is there some other reason?

this film is two years old. i hadn't heard of it until a few weeks ago, but i am passing it along to everyone i know. we need to know our enemy, and imagining they are evil rather than determined is a mistake. evil can be written off too easily. if we understand the origins of the terrorists we face, i think we will know better how to fight it...

here is a link to start the movie:

Why do some, very few I do understand, black Americans feel that reparations is the right thing? No one has been enslaved today in America. If anything the black leaders have made things worse. Should I force the English for reparations for what has happened to the Irish, no.

It is a pass issue. Yes the legacy of the past still hangs around today but you cannot fix that problem by forcing other people who had nothing to do with it to pay you. I am referring those who actually believe in the very racist idea of reparations.

Hate is hate. It is wrong no matter who it is against. Stop hating and learn to overcome the past.

I need to know a way to take my name off the voter registeration list because apparently i found out jury duty are pick from that list in combination with names from the dmv. This means i count as two person which means i have twice the possibility of getting picked. I hate jury duty and would like to minimize my chances to be picked. Does anyone know a way to get my name off the voter registeration list. By the way, i don't vote or hardly vote and i was dupe by my college to sign up.

Members of the panel will offer their assessment of the secret information acquired to justify the raid. The Muslim panel will evaluate the consequences of the proposed raid and its impact to the local community and civic relations as a whole.
So sensitivity panels decide who and when police conduct a raid? Who else gets a panel to decide if a raid is warranted? a Judge used to decide this. Has Britain established Sharia law zones inside the country?

My friend/owner of a gas station told us this. Why "all of a sudden" is this? If this is true It makes me want to just do away with everyone in power and just bring in a whole new group! I'm sick of the way things are so hard on the "working" "middle class" It's like the Governments way of saying anyone who makes less salary than the upper class can kiss their *ss. Because they make/take so much $ and fill up their hummer and go that extra mile just to run US over and not think twice about it! Oh yeah, Gov., keep up the good samaritin/charity work sending food and money too other countries, don't even worry about the poor and needy in the U.S. Thanks to all of us civilians who do charity work, donations, and anything we can afford to, or make the time to do, YOU make a difference to "our fellow Americans" and anyone else in the U.S. who are less fortunate. Even though our family is doggy paddling just to keep our heads above water, the future sounds like a lot more waves ahead.

Really, having a strong opinion about something that you cannot change is a pretty big waste of time if you think about it. The smartest and most productive people I know are fairly apolitical. Either way you argue, the other side gets angry and hates you. I'm not saying we should sit back and let whoever's in charge do whatever they want, but spending hours talking about it is what's making it easy for other countries to be more productive than us. India and China's economies are both growing faster than ours, so maybe it's time for us to pull our heads out of our butts and actually do something useful instead of argueing. Any thoughts?

It is pathetic that they( all television network's) failed to tell the people the actual truth, why do the people of USA keep accepting the lie's! It seem's as though the Iron cutain has been installed in America! The Bush administration is hiding the truth about Global warming, the war in Iraq is and was a complete lie and yet the american people praise him at all cost's! I take pity on America as you have nothing but pain and sufferig for years to come! You are becoming a nation that Hitler would of loved! I and million's of other people of many nation's are still asking themselves "How in the %&$# could you vote him in for a second term let alone give him the first term after the BS of the voting error's! As President Putan has said; Russia wants democracy but not as one Bush has created in Iraq! USA has no democracy now, you have lie's and the Iron fist that tell's you what to do! One word "DISGUSTING"!

Does it really matter is a candidate has a (R) or a (D) in front of their name. I vote for the best candidate. I have voted for both at one time or another.
This time seems (R's) are getting wierd. I can't believe I am saying this but the (R's) are torturing people. It is like a bad dream. The are breaking laws the other United States leaders invented. We are supposed to be the good guys. The (R's) are selling us out to China. The (R's) seem not to care about the constitution and human rights?
Does it matter this time if you don't really like the (R) candidate. Who are the (R's) you like and why?
