Do you mean an implant similar to what they place in dogs and cats?..... I thought they should be put in babys until a sertain age/ age is up to you for safety reason ..all fo you don't get mad at me for that last stament but just think about it for a min.
I also think it would be agrat idea for our fighting men les M I As
