why make marijuana illegal when it grows from the mother earth its not like crack you don't have to cook marijuana before you smoke it. marijuana is likely no more harmful than currently legal drugs such as tobacco and alcohol let me know what you think of this

As we know, Adolf Hitler was not of particularly high social class and did not have much power at the beginning.

So how did he gain his political power? What incentives did the ones above him have for giving him the power, promoting him?

Why would they want to give power to one not from royal background? Did he hop from one social circle to another?

my 16 year old knocked-up step sister wants to marry the [supposed] father of her baby. he is over 18 and just joined the military. they are planning to get married right before christmas at the JOP. my step dad is signing the papers so in that perspective, it would be legal. but my friend who's husband in the military says they cant get married, by the military's standards. that he'd go to prison. her career husband and several others have told her the same thing. im half tempted to call some military office and ask. i know military men are not allowed to have sex with minors. but are they allowed to MARRY minors? (im really hoping NOT)

ok so basically my husband just got out of jail about 4 months ago, he was in for not completing his community service, and was sentenced 20 days but was let out after 2 weeks. so he got a 3 year probation, and suspended license until january 2008. anyways he had asked the judge for, (i think its called a wokers permet) which allows him to drive to work and back only, but the judge denied his request. so we couldnt just wait around till january for him to start driving legally again and i dont drive, we have 2 kids and one the way so money is a definate need and we are both only 20 yrs old so everthing in our lives is hard right now.

well to finally get to the point, my husband got pulled over for no reason at all and was charged for driving with suspended license, no registration, no insurance, stolen sticker,(which was not really stolen he bought it off of someone), and 2 misdumeaners. he has till january to appear in court, how long do u think they will sentence him, in CA?

At my dorm there is this stairwell with plenty of space, so I stored my bicycle there, it is far from being in the way of people going up and down the stairs. Now is this considered a fire harzard, even though it does in no way interfere with anyone? And do I have the right to place that bike there, since the stairwell is considered public space? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I have said all along, I am against the war , but support the troops. If I was accepted I'd go over there right now and defend my country. I told the recruiter that if he told me if I went over there tomorrow I'd die in combat, I'd still fly over there. How do yall feel? Do you support the war, the troops? PLEASE NO ANTIAMERICAN BASHING......I dont need to hear that my prez is an idiot, I am allowed to say it, I am a citizen of his country. I am going to present a debate with my brother. I am Affirmative to Internet Censoring(Just for the Grade, Not Actual Belief!). My husband is re-enlisting in the Navy. We will be moving and in our late 20's. I am wondering how hard or easy will it be for me to make friends with the other women? I don't have children yet and have focused on my career. I really want to make good friends in a different town and wondered what the women are like that are girlfriends/wives/fiances of the Navy men. do most stay at home, have children, or is it a general mix like civilion life? I'm kinda excited/scared for this change and hoping things will go well and just curious. all answers welcome and most honest/informative will get 10.

In March of this year my Fiance took out a loan of 5G and lent it to a friend of his from work. The guy was supposed to take over the loan completely and make the payments. He was supposed to take care of it all. Well of course he took off with the 5G. Now he didnt sign anything saying he got the money, and my fiance didnt give him a cheque. The only proof we have is that the 5G went in and out of my fiance's account, then the other guy got 5G richer later in the day. Now the guy wont return our calls nor pay us back. What can we do? Is it even worth getting involved legally, or will we just lose because of our own stupidity? Thanks!

When Pres. Bush landed on the aircraft carrier with the big banner saying "mission accomplished" flying behind him, and wearing a flight suit, I knew it was a photo-op. But I honestly thought it was taking place in the Gulf or the Indian Ocean, where he was meeting and thanking sailors and marines who had been there - done that. I just found out (on national news) last week that this war victory celebration took place on a ship 30 MINUTES flying time off the coast of CALIFORNIA.
I was truly saddened at the depths he would go to, and the gullibility of the US population (myself included). Does anyone else find this to be the true measure of just how shallow (or chickenhearted) a man our elected president really is?
