Does anyone know how much jail time I will do in WA. In order to pay a fine of $2,500 ?

I plan on turning myself in because I can't pay it and I need the case resolved.

At about 80 cents a day it will be a long time but they will not keep you that long and depending on what you did they may not at all and set you up with a payment plan but I wouldn't bet on it.

If they went by their absurd minimum wage, about two weeks. I believe it varies depending on the circumstances, the recommendation of the prosecutor, etc. Best bet is to go to the WSU school of law (I believe they have one) and see if an intern will talk to you about it. Gonzaga if you are an easterner.
