(Just curious) I know if the police searched someone's home without a warrant and found evidence, they wouldn't be allowed to use it in court. But let's say somebody broke into their house illegally, stole the evidence, then gave it to the police. Would they be able to use it?

Does anyone in here live in California? Well, Don't you guys think that Kucinich needs more positive exposure, rather than the laughter humiliation regarding the UFO encounter. We need to change the way we vote for someone, its 2008? In my opinion, The only way to get rid off this trend(media picks top 3 and only covers them) is to change the way we vote. If we want a president who is going to work hard to restore america to its fundemental values, then we need to vote for kucnich. What can we(I) do to put Kucinich and prehaps Ron Paul in The White House.? and please do not bash kucinich here, just b/c he has a hotter wife than you, it doesn't mean that you need to change you vote. by the way Kucinich is the most honest, and the only one with balls to try to impeach Cheney.

(Purely hypothetical) Let's say you had a bay window that your neighbors or people in the street could easily see in to, and you were naked in front of it in plain view (or having sex). Could you possibly get indecent exposure?

This is a dangerous chemical that is now found in our lakes and oceans. It is also found in pesticides, but now is being used in our food. Every year nearly 3,500 people die of DiHydrogen Monoxide overdoses and other people suffer from extensive sweating and urination. The government is currently doing nothing to prevent this deadly chemical and we need to do something.

Do you think that this dangerous chemical should be banned.

We have two candidates that look like they will get their party's nomination, and both are out of New York, both are liberal, both are riddled with scandals, and both are ignoring real economic issues, like the falling value of the dollar.

Does a New York politician stand for the entire United States? Or would a candidate from another state besides New York actually be better?

A friend of mine was suspended from school for wearing a t-shirt that says JESUS FREAK and my question is what do you think about his suspension? Do you think he should have the right to wear whatever he wants or follow dress code? With what constitutional right, you would fight this case in court?

Listening to the Republican Debate, one of the questions concerned Gays serving in the military. Not one Candidate welcomed Gays in the Military, although John McCain and Romney approved Don't Ask Don't Tell. Huckabee and other candidates said they did not approve of this at all, because of the disruptive behavior that might ensue.

I just wondered if Huckabee's family or any military General's family were attacked by a terrorist, would they turn away a Gay man trying to rescue them? Would they fear contamination of their children, or "disruptive behavior," or would they thank God that this man was heroic enough to risk his life for their families? Just wondering!

Or does much of the dialog about immigration into America seem to have a huge racist bias? There seems to be little consideration for a distinction between legal and illegal immigration, and a lot of bleating about being "real" Americans.

Pretty much all the people in America had ancestors who immigrated within the last 300 years or so.

You are the first to remind us that not all illegals come from one place and not all illegals are one race. Then you call us racists when we speak out against illegals. You contradict your argument with this. So please explain how people are racist for not supporting illegal immigration if not all illegals are one race? Or do you believe that illegals for the most part are one race?

Huckabee: I support and have always supported passage of a constitutional amendment to protect the right to life. My convictions regarding the sanctity of life have always been clear and consistent, without equivocation or wavering. I believe that Roe v. Wade should be over-turned.

Thomspon: Protecting Life
Fred Thompson is pro-life. He believes in the sanctity of human life and that every life is worthy of respect. He had a 100% pro-life voting record in the Senate and believes Roe v. Wade was a bad decision that ought to be overturned. He consistently opposed federal funding to promote or pay for abortion and supported the Partial Birth Abortion Act, the Child Custody Protection Act, and President Reagan’s “Mexico City” policy. While Fred Thompson supports adult stem cell research, he opposes embryonic stem cell research. He also opposes human cloning.
