(Purely hypothetical) Let's say you had a bay window that your neighbors or people in the street could easily see in to, and you were naked in front of it in plain view (or having sex). Could you possibly get indecent exposure?

Yes, especially if you are a male. I find the law strange, in that, if a male is naked in front of a window and a female sees him, he is exposing himeself. If a female is naked in front of a window and a male sees her, he is a peeping Tom. Back to your question, if you can be seen from outside the house, you can be arrested.

Yes if you can be clearly visible without any additional effort for the viewer to see, you can be arrested.

There's other case, if you get naked in front of your 20th floor apartment balcony door, one might notice 'he or she might be naked', but to confirm that he took a binocular and then report it, usually police will ignore it because it's consider peeping on purpose.
