Because The Perpetrator Is A Female. It's Also Why Oprah's Mainstream Media Cohorts Conveniently Call It A 'Scandel'.

If The Alleged Perp Were A Male, Mainstream Media Would See To It That His Face Would Be More Well Known Than Our President.

--A dormitory matron, who has been accused of indecent assault and criminal injury against six students ages 13-15 and a 23-year-old fellow dormitory matron, is to be charged in court next month. She has said she is innocent.--

Not One Mention If She Is Currently Incarcerated, Or Out On Bail.

Not Even Her Name?...COUGH!!!

They contain no nicotine and tobacco, and online one website quotes "...easy to buy, even for kids who aren't old enough to buy tobacco". Is this true?

With the dollar on a steady decline against most major foriegn currencies ( pound , euro canadian ) does this concern anyone to want to change the system? It just bothers me when i hear foriegners not wanting the dollar and with the huge losses its taking i cant blame them. If how would you change the system,ex gold /silver standard , control inflation , stop expensive wars etc.

Alright, this is a totally random question that I need answered:

If you're driving drunk and you get into an accident with another vehicle and it is not your fault... what happens?
To that end,
What happens if you're drunk and the other driver's drunk as well?
(This, of course, assuming no one dies.)

My nephew lives with his father (on-going custody battle...very ugly!) the father is married to a woman that is extremely pushy and sticks her nose in EVERYTHING. She has recently signed my nephews medical papers claiming to be my nephews biological mother. (custody is only temp. at this point...and it is shared custody between the father and my sister) We are in Texas....wanted to know if what the step-mother is doing is considered fraud? Contempt of court order? What rights does she really have? (I'm thinking not many rights if any at all!) Any help please!

I have been living in an apartment complex for 3 years now, and just recently new tenants across the hall have moved in. Within 2 months, I the hallway has been filled with the smell of marijuana, and I personally do not want my daughter exposed to that, or even the smell. I called the club house for advice and they said to notify the county Police. I would like to place a quick notice on the hallway door (not there door) as a warning. It would go something like:" NOTICE
The Police Department will be notified for any use, or suspecion of use (including smell), of illegal substances including marijunana. "

Should I go ahead and post it, and call if they smoke up again? I had this problem with my old apartment complex and did nothing and regret it to this day. Advice please.

Almost everyother question is 'how do I get out of jury duty?'. Why? If you were charged with a crime, you would be entitled to be tried by a jury of your peers. Wouldn't you want someone who is literate and has a modicum of intelligence sitting in judgement? What happened to civic duty? Would you want to be judged by a group of people eligible by virtue of having a driver's license but no job, no future, and probably no life only sitting there for the free donuts and $9/day? Wouldn't you want to be judged by someone other than those too thick to even come up with a reason to be excused?

The German people needed to be invaded by a liberating army before the major part awoke up to the fact that their government had enslaved them and had been trying to enslave the entire world, just because a sick few wanted it that way!

Serious look at all the immigrants in your country and where they came from. Last Time I checked they came from your former empire, you know Pakistan, Jamaica, South Africa, Ghana, and India. Maybe you guys should tap into these immigrants so you can also form a better football side capable of beating Macedonia and also stop whining that for 20 years the color of the skin of people are not pale like yours and embrace the fact that it was your very checkered past that brought most of them here.
