Perhaps you would like to explain the differences and pose a question ?

I realize I do not need the word 'massive' in all caps to understand it means 'substantial'.

Franklin D. Roosevelt was a peace time AND a war time president. The only difference is that there is a state of war going on WHILE they are president. Your question's premise falls apart easily, because it is simply wrong.

Please elucidate and provide links to sources for this opinion. I will grant you there is a difference, but it would be nice to see just how many rights you think we should give up in the name of "security". Plus, since it was a war of choice in Iraq, I am not so sure I want to give him the benefit of it being "wartime", if it indeed there is a "benefit".

And there is a big difference between a good President and a bad one. Whether we are at war or peace, Bush is just horrid.

No i do not agree. One who is elected president should be able to be either kind as we do not know what holds tommorow.

Bush was elected during peacetime and wanted to be a wartime President.
