I think this guy got what he had coming.He clearly is resisting in the video below and was not cooperative.Why do people think they can go around acting like total jackasses without fear of being reprimanded for it? If I was a cop this guy would have been tasered the second he resisted.

OK. Over the summer I was sexually sbused by my 12 year old brother and since he was 2 months away from 13, they said they coulsn't do anything other than informal probation. Do you think that is wrong since in some cases minors are tried as adults as young as 15, 16. I am 14 by the way.

If it was fathers then they'd have no problem in exposing it. And the government launched a massive knee jerk reaction to help abuse anyone who exposed the mothers who kill..... Professor Sir Roy Meadows was rightd!! His Evidence still stands. The evidence they used to 'discredit' his findings was it's self discredited. He was right. We *have* an epidemic of mothers who kill..... Again, imagine this was fathers and you know that there would be nowhere near as much effort put into aiding and abetting them. You know it. Sexism is bad but when it helps kill our children then something has to be done.

I model part time. I had a shoot with a photographer and the shoot was to be artistic nudes. This was a test shoot for a calender and would have paid really well. I know by having my clothes off I may be inviting unwanted attention, but I have done shoots like this before and not had any lines crossed.

To make a long story shot the photographer basically told me that he would only use me for the calender if I have sex with him. I think is worng of him to even put me in this odd place and I don't even want to shoot with him again. I'm really upset by this because I pride myself in avoiding this type of situation.

Any advice would be appreciate. Thanks

If you really think about the last time religion played a big part in law making thousands of innocent people were murdered as witches. So why would you want that again? Sure most religious people don’t believe in witches any more, but what about the next great scare in the religious world? Global terrorism truly is a threat that all live with daily, but why do we as American's just roll over and give up some of our basic liberties ie we are allowing our gov't to control too much of our daily lives with terror warning charts, wire taps, etc., is all of this truly for our overall protection or is it for more power and control over our daily lives with BIG brother watching every steps we take!

I'm 17 years old and I was pulled over today for doing 65 in a 45 zone. I was given a court date even though I don't want to fight it, and there's no way that I gave the police officer any trouble. I don't know if the rules are different for each state, but I would like to know what to expect. Is there any chance that I'll lose my license? What will I have to say in court? Or will I even have to say anything since I'm a minor?
