If your mother got a child support order from the court and your father has not paid in 18 years, he has a lot in arrearage that he is still responsible to pay. If this is the case, your mother needs to contact your local child support enforcement office.

Any child support money collected will be paid to your mother.

Child Support is between your mother and father.

Since you are 18 years old look at it this way; YOU are old enough to go out and work make your own money, spend it how you want and LIVE YOUR OWN LIFE.

Be happy you don't know what all the issues are that caused your dad not to pay.

Forgive it because it was no yours in the first place.

Sow forgiveness and you will reap forgiveness for things you need to be forgiven.

No. Your mother or legal guardian who should have received that support is owed the money, not you.

I don't think so. It would go to your mother. You can ask your dad for assistance.
